It is an email marketing and newsletter platform you use on your own, with no sales rep. You subscribe on the website, import your contacts, build your email from one of 20 templates, send or schedule it and track the results in the reports.

Yes, the list is yours. PowerMarketing only works with contacts who agreed to receive your emails: when importing, you confirm that consent, which is recorded on each contact. Every email includes a legal footer and an unsubscribe link, and the data processing agreement (DPA) is part of your subscription. The LGPD is Brazil's data protection law, and we follow it by design. We never sell or rent lists.

Authenticate your domain (the dashboard shows the records and checks them for you), send only to people who asked and keep your list clean. We handle the rest: 1-click unsubscribe, automatic removal of bounces and complaints, and reputation monitoring for every send. No domain of your own? Use the platform's shared sender, with replies going to your email.

Yes, in 1 click from your dashboard, with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid. Because this is a service that is delivered and consumed (emails sent, dedicated infrastructure and sending reputation), periods already started and sending packs already credited are non-refundable.

Credit card, securely processed by Stripe. Billing is monthly and automatic, and you can view invoices and change your card right in your dashboard. Outside Brazil, you may be billed in US dollars or euros.

They are extra sending credits paid once, from 50,000 to 500,000 sends, valid for 12 months. They are used after your monthly quota and can also be bought without a subscription.

It works in 11 languages, including Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese — on the website, in the dashboard, in the templates and on the unsubscribe pages your contacts see.

Yes. Export your contacts as CSV from your current tool and import them into PowerMarketing: the wizard suggests the column mapping and leaves out unsubscribed and invalid addresses. You can quickly rebuild your emails from our templates.

The contact limit and the monthly sending quota: Start (5,000 contacts and 50,000 sends), Pro (25,000 and 250,000) and Business (50,000 and 500,000). Larger plans also unlock more segments and sending domains. The editor, templates, scheduling and reports are included in all of them.

Not at the moment. Plans are monthly with no lock-in: if it is not for you, cancel in 1 click and your access continues until the end of the period already paid.

We let you know first. If your monthly quota runs out, you can buy a one-off pack or upgrade in 1 click. We never charge you for anything you did not ask for.
